Recipe Note
Carrots contain beta-carotene, which the body converts into vitamin A. Vitamin A is necessary for protecting vision and eye health, for developing a strong immune system, and for healthy skin and mucous membranes. Carrots are a high source of antioxidants which help to strengthen immunity, plus they offer a good source of fibre, which helps keep your baby’s digestive system working properly.
This recipe is best for when your baby is +6 months, but not suitable before 4 months.
You can store this puree in the fridge for 3-4 days, or it can be frozen for up to 4 months
