Striving to become sustainable is an ongoing and conscious endeavour for our brand. But what does being sustainable mean?
To us it’s about reviewing how our behaviours and actions affect the planet we live in and making changes where we can that positively influence and strengthen our position as custodians of this planet for our children.
Where possible we favour completely non toxic raw natural materials. Carbon, Hydrogen and oxygen to make silicone and sand/silica to make glass. Where these materials are not practical we ensure any plastics we use are tested to the highest European and Australian standards with most of our rigorous testing being completed by independent labs SGS and Bureau Veritas. Both are amongst the most established and trusted labs in the world.
Designing with purpose and being mindful of the products lifecycle is a key part of our process. It’s why our glass bottle and storage series are designed to grow and develop with baby and beyond so it stays useful, to be kept forever.
Where our products have a limited lifespan we ensure they can be recycled or repurposed with little effort.
Being mindful of how our products and our operations effect our planet is something we feel we owe, not just to you, our customer, but our customers kids and our kids too! Cherub Baby purchases carbon credits from Greenfleet Australia in a bid to offset any carbon emissions we produce from our general operations. We are proud to be involved in their initiative that has planted over 9.6 million trees across over 500 forests in Australia and New Zealand. We also donate to WWF’s “Don’t let nature go to waste” campaign, an initiative that helps clean up plastics that end up in the ocean and waterways.
You’ll receive your order either in a cardboard carton we have recycled and repurposed or a biodegradable & compostable satchel from our friends at Hero packaging.
We understand the importance of reducing waste and promoting recycling, which is why we provide instructions on all of our products for how they can be recycled. Even our plastic pouch products can be recycled, processed and converted into useful items like kids playground mats and outdoor furniture!
Whilst we are not perfect, we are dedicated to improving any way we can.
Aside from donating to Greenfleet Australia, WWF’s “Don’t let nature go to waste” campaign and donating our samples and seconds to St Kilda Mums we have some exciting plans in the pipeline to take it a big step further. Watch this space!
We’re not perfect but we are continually working on becoming more mindful, thoughtful and responsible.
My son is a sensory seeker who used to break toothbrushes on a weekly basis. This makes life easier!
Excellent service and goods. It was well-packed. A+ for on-time delivery.
After your toddler starts biting on the finger brush, this is the perfect progression to a bristle toothbrush. The safety shield is an excellent feature for when they are holding it by themselves.
My younger daughter has all of her front teeth and is working on her molars now. Brushing her teeth with a regular bristle toothbrush was a struggle. So I found this and decided to give it a shot. Changes everything. Not only can I clean her teeth now without pinning her down in the most loving way possible, but she also begs me to do it. She'll let me keep scrubbing her gums for as long as I want.
This is a fantastic tiny beginner toothbrush with a little head that is simple to use and clean. The guard is fantastic at giving my daughter some liberty.
It does the job properly and is gentle on my son's gums. My only quibble is that it reads "1-3 years" on this page but "12-24 months" on the box. It wasn't a major issue, but it did come as a surprise.
When a baby only has a few teeth, this is a great tool to employ. Some family members complained that the grasp was too small for their fingers, but this was not an issue for me.
It's the first time I've managed to brush my toddler's teeth successfully. Thanks to the double-designed brush, all of her teeth are cleaned in less than 40 seconds. The bend is also great since it eliminates the discomfort of missing the mark. Finally, I appreciate that this brush is constructed of silicone, which means that it will likely last me for years before I need to replace it. Thank you, Jack and Jill, for producing a green and user-friendly product that makes brushing a pleasure every day!
Getting my son to brush used to be like pulling teeth, but since we got this brush, he's started brushing on his own! He absolutely adores it! If you have trouble brushing your toddlers' teeth, this is a must-have.
We hoped it would assist our youngster in brushing himself. However, it will come in handy later. For the time being, our dentist advised that we supervise and use a brush with longer bristles.
Cannot recommend these enough such a long lasting product and easy to get extra parts if needed!!!
The quality is great and love how this product can grow with your little one.
I bought this as a gift. I thought it was a good idea at the time, it turns out it was a great idea. They loved how easy it was to use and so convenient.
I ordered these to move my daughter up from the slow flow teats. I love cherubbaby teats as my daughter is gassy/colicky and this brand helps so much with it!!
I’ve only ever used cherubbaby for my daughter since birth. I love the simple design of the sleeve; it’s soft, easy to remove and attach. Has saved us from many drops and the colour change to heat is true and very helpful! I recommend this brand to everyone :)
