Cauliflowers are rich in Vitamin A, Vitamin C, and Calcium. Plus cauliflower is rich in antioxidants that will help to support your baby's organ function and immune system.
Broccoli is a vegetable powerhouse as it contains a number of vitamins and minerals that babies need, including vitamins A, C, K, B6 and folate. Plus it contains other minerals including iron and zinc, both of which are crucial for your baby’s growth and development.
Best for babies aged +6-8 months, but not before your baby has reached 4 months.
