I have had my challenges with the bottle warmer (the charge not working and the replacement that was sent stopped working all together) I love this product. It works amazingly well and effectively (i just had some shit luck!). Additionally my 5 star rating is on account of the excellent customer service (Jane). The willingness to help and resolve my issues have kept me a very happy customer in spite of my challenges.
I was surprised at how easy and quick the Shake and Cool product really works! From boiling water to drinking temperature in a matter of a few seconds and shakes. I absolutely love this product and would recommend to anyone constantly out and about!
Really well thought out and great idea for parents who want to be in complete control over what foods their child is taking in. It’s easy to use, easy to clean and I’m very happy with the bundles I have recieved. The only issue I had was the pouch name labels came from a faulty batch that didn’t stick, but the customer service reps at Cherub Baby were lovely about it, offering to refund me the cost of the stickers instead of sending me out more as they were still identifying the faulty batch of stickers. I followed this company right from when my son was born to him starting solids and I am so happy I chose their products to go with.
This saves packing anything bulky and allows me with ease to heat milk on the go. In the yard, house, park, town it is just so convenient, easy and foolproof. I can by pass the bottle warmer for inside, outside and thermos for the park and simply have this little compact warmer, minimising risk of burns or spills and the bulk, added bonus power outages are no longer a problem. The convenience of it fitting different bottles and warming quickly makes this perfect.
Love it!! Highly recommended if you don’t want your baby to have the supermarket pouches and you don’t mind to wash afterwards. Easy to use, convenient and very cute packaging.
Very versatile and easy to use
I had an issue with non delivery and wrote a review as had not received the goods but charged for them. This has been rectified completely and I am very happy with the dummy/feeders purchased for my 2 new grandchildren. Thank you very much
Absolutely amazing items, great colours
These have been a life saver to save a few pennies! After having my second, my oldest can easily help herself from the shelf organiser (which she thinks is absolutely wicked) with minimal assistance making snack grabbing easy!

I recently purchased the Cherub Baby Automatic Baby Food Maker, Steriliser & Warmer – Puree Machine (Australia) and I’m really impressed. This all-in-one unit makes preparing healthy baby food so much easier — it’s simple to use, easy to clean, and versatile with its blending, steaming, warming, and sterilising functions. The build quality feels solid, and it saves so much time compared to doing everything manually.
My only hiccup was that the first unit arrived damaged, but the customer service team handled it professionally and quickly, sending me a replacement without any stress — which made the overall experience even better.
If you’re looking for a reliable baby food maker that does more than just puree, this is a great choice.
I bought these for after bariatric surgery for portioning soft foods and freezing them, they are great. I love that they are freezer, microwave and dishwasher safe :) I bought them in blue and pink
I really like this product for its versatility. Not only has it been great for milk storage but great as a yoghurt pouch too. The clip on the bottom is really strong and never leaked. Using these pouches for milk storage has been very neat and tidy in the freezer. They are easy to clean but a little tricky to dry fully on the inside (I live in Queensland where mould grows in a day!) but so long as I put leave it drying slightly open I haven’t had any issues. The customer service has also been great - I had one (out of 8 pouches) that had a weird fault but they were very prompt with replacement and not had an issue since. Would recommend this product and the brand!
