Did you know pumpkin is a fruit and naturally sweet. Who would have thought is blends perfectly into a fruit smoothie?
Ingredients
1 cup chopped pumpkin
1 cup Apple (any kind)
1 Banana
1 cup milk (any type)
Dash of cinnamon
Directions
Steam the pumpkin in the Cherub Baby Food Maker for 10 minutes until soft and let cool. Optionally steam a larger amount of pumpking and portion into cubes and freeze to use later.
Add all the other ingredients and blend until smooth! Add honey or maple syrup to taste.
