2 kale leaves chopped
Chia seeds
* optional: swap out milk for yoghurt for a thicker zingier smoothie
* optional: add cocoa if you want a choc twist!
Directions
Place all ingredients in the baby food maker and blend until smooth, adding extra milk if using more than 1 frozen ingredient. Sweeten with pure honey to taste.
