Cherub Baby
Why is this recipe good for your little one’s health?
This recipe is a light and nourishing mix of fruit, fibre, and protein. It’s especially rich in vitamin C, antioxidants, calcium, healthy fats, digestion-friendly fibre, and bone-building nutrients.
1⁄2 cup strawberries
1⁄2 cup blueberries
Vanilla Yoghurt
Steam the berries in the Cherub Baby Food Maker, then blend them into berry coulis.
Layer the coulis and yoghurt into the Pouch Filling Station.
Attach a Cherub Baby reusable food pouch to the Pouch Filling Station and fill!
I know I cheated, but if you prefer to avoid store-bought flavoured yoghurts, switch out the vanilla yoghurt with an unflavoured Greek or natural yoghurt and a sweetener of your choice (such as honey).
