Why is this recipe good for your little one’s health?
This recipe is a wholesome, protein-boosted breakfast packed with slow-release energy and natural sweetness from berries. It’s especially rich in fibre, protein, and calcium, supporting digestion, growth, and strong bones—great for a filling start to the day.
½ cup milk (any type is fine)
½ cup strawberries & blueberries
½ cup oats
1 tbsp vanilla protein powder
Blend the protein powder, milk, and oats together.
Separately steam the berries in the Cherub Baby Food Maker and blend into a berry coulis.
Pour into Cherub Baby reusable pouches, alternating between the oat mixture and berry coulis.
Leave overnight in the fridge to thicken.
