TIP: you can’t taste the cauliflower! Its neutral flavour is masked by the stronger fruit flavours, making this hidden veggie virtually undetectable.
Ingredients
1 cup strawberries
1 banana
1 cup milk (any type)
1 cup cauliflower florets
* optional: swap out milk for yoghurt for a thicker zingier smoothie.
Directions
Place all ingredients in the baby food maker and blend until smooth, adding extra milk if using more than 1 frozen ingredient. Sweeten with pure honey to taste.
