Healthy Broccoli, Cauliflower and Potato Puree For Baby

This broccoli, cauliflower and potato puree is a great way to introduce your baby to healthy vegetables. Mashed cauliflower and broccoli have a gentle taste that can be enhanced with a pinch of cumin or nutmeg which is delicious when combined with the creamy starch of potatoes.
Make it silky smooth when first introducing solids, and leave it a bit lumpier as your baby gets older to get them used to different textures and flavours.
