1 Punnet of Raspberries (or 1 cup of frozen raspberries)
210g Thickened Cream
1 Tablespoon of Honey
50g Crème Fraiche (Additional option)
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla extract(Optional)
Directions
Add All ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into popsicle molds.
Seal the lids and place them in the freezer. Freeze until solid.
