A colour blast!

This colourful delight is sure to be a feast for babies eyes. Too tart? Add in some sweetness with apple or pear.
1 beetroot
2 cups yoghurt
Steam the beetroot in the Cherub Baby Food Maker for 15 minutes
Blend until smooth
Allow to cool, then mix in the yoghurt
* You may wish to use a yoghurt with some sweetness for this recipe. Or perhaps try with plain yoghurt and add in some pear puree if bub finds it too tart.
Best for 9 months+
