Influencer Campaign Terms & Conditions
Content Ownership & Usage Rights:
By participating in this campaign, the influencer grants Cherub Baby a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, reproduce, and distribute the content created during the campaign (including photos, videos, text, and other materials) across all digital platforms and marketing channels (including, but not limited to, websites, social media, advertisements, email marketing, etc.).
Content Delivery:
The influencer agrees to deliver the agreed-upon content by the specified deadlines in the agreed-upon format.

Compensation:
In exchange for the rights granted, the influencer will receive compensation as outlined in the campaign agreement.

Brand Representation:
The influencer agrees to represent Cherub Baby positively and not engage in any behavior that could harm the brand's reputation.

Cherub Baby reserves the right to review and approve the content before it is posted or used in any campaign materials.
